- Into a large bowl, add rice and cover with room temperature water. Set aside while you prepare the jambalaya.
- In a large Dutch oven, over medium heat, add Olitalia Extra Virgin Olive Oil and sliced sausage. Brown for about 5-8 minutes. Remove and add cubed chicken to the pan and brown for 5-8 minutes. Add the sausage back into the pan, then add in the onions, celery, green pepper, and spices. Mix to combine; cook for about 8 minutes.
- Next, add in a whole can of Ciao Italian Whole Peeled Tomatoes and break up the tomatoes with a wooden spoon. Add in Worcestershire sauce and chicken stock.
- Strain the soaked rice and add it into the pot. Bring to a boil, then simmer and cook for about 30-35 minutes.
- Garnish with chopped parsley to serve and enjoy!
