- To a crock pot, add half a 28 oz can of Ciao Italian Whole Peeled Tomatoes crushed by hand.
- Next add in chicken, Olitalia Extra Virgin Olive Oil, chili powder, ground cumin, garlic powder, onion powder, honey, and salt. Add the remaining tomatoes on top with their juices.
- Cook on a low setting for 3-4 hours.
- Once the chicken is cooked, using two forks shred the chicken. Keep warm in the sauce before serving.
- Serve in tacos or over rice!
