- Add the Olitalia Extra Virgin Olive Oil to a sauce pot and heat over medium heat.
- Add in the finely chopped carrots, celery, and onions. Sauté over medium heat for 10-12 minutes until the vegetables become soft. Add the minced garlic during the last minute of sautéing.
- Add in the Ciao DOP San Marzano Tomatoes or Ciao Italian Whole Peeled Tomatoes and season with salt and pepper. Cook for 30 minutes over medium heat until you have a thicker consistency.
- Serve with your favorite pasta and enjoy!
