What are does DOP mean?

DOP means "Protected Designation of Origin." It's a geographical indication in Europe that verifies that a product originates and is produced in a geographical location and complies with product specifications. All DOP items carry a seal that is issued by the European Union (EU). The seal is typically red and yellow and can be found on the side of our labels!
