- Prepare Caputo Semolina Bread, Ciao Traditional Vodka Sauce, and breaded chicken cutlets; set aside.
 - Fill and heat a medium sauté pan with Olitalia Freinn High Oleic Sunflower Oil for frying chicken cutlets.
 - Fry chicken cutlets on both sides until golden brown and internal temperature reaches 160°F (about 3–4 minutes per side).
 - Crisp pancetta in the oven at 550°F for 4–6 minutes, or until curled and browned.
 - Drain and pat dry the Deliziosa Burrata; set aside.
 - Assemble the Vodka Parm Hero: cut open semolina bread, add fried chicken cutlets, ladle on hot Ciao Traditional Vodka Sauce, hand-tear Deliziosa Burrata over the top, and finish with crispy pancetta, fresh basil, and grated Pecorino Romano.
