- In a medium sauté pan, add Olitalia Extra Virgin Olive Oil and diced yellow onion until golden brown, then add grated garlic and ginger.
- Next, add curry powder, garam masala, and continue to sauté until fragrant and incorporated.
- Crush your Ciao Italian Whole Peeled Tomatoes by hand and add them into the pan, stirring to combine.
- Add your chickpeas, coconut milk, water and boil gently for 30 minutes on low heat.
- Serve in a bowl with fine chopped parsley and enjoy!
Notes:
- These spice levels will result in a mild Chana Masala, feel free to add more or less spice depending on your preference!
