Quality Assurance

Our tomatoes arrive in your kitchen whole, perfect, fleshy, shiny and firm, because they are canned just a few hours from harvest and because they are accurately checked throughout the production process. Checks and methods are the keywords of our production to guarantee quality.  

  1. THE FIELDS:

    Through agreements with farming cooperatives and the constant monitoring of crops and quantities planted per hectare, our first production check starts in the field. Thanks to precise agreements, fruits that do not comply with our standards are rejected. 
  2. THE FACTORY:

    We implement factory controls throughout the entire production process to check a variety of factors, including the color, size, and integrity of the tomatoes.  
  3. INSPECTION BY HAND:

    The last check before canning is completed by our incredible female staff who have generations of experience. While much of our production process is automated, there are still some steps where human skill can never be replaced.
